The counter is open on Nathan Road
Every message that reaches the Nathan Road counter is read by a clerk who has access to the hold plan, the note run and the tally sheet for the sailing in question. Use the form below for a new booking or a question about an existing one, and include the sailing date and consignment note number if you have them. The same desk can be reached by email at accounts@huixintrade.buzz or by telephone on +12792840746 during business hours.
The trade counter sits on the fifth floor of the Belgian Bank Building in Mong Kok, a few minutes from the Nathan Road tram line. Visitors are welcome during business hours, though a call ahead is appreciated when a sailing file needs to be pulled from the shelves.
A request that reaches the counter inside the port call window is read the same working day. Allocation itself depends on the vessel hold plan, and most bays are confirmed within one working day of the enquiry. If a requested bay is already committed, the desk will offer the nearest alternative with the weight spread recalculated.
Yes. A shipper who already keeps reliable consignment notes may only need the tally desk, and an office that handles its own tally may only need the audit. Name the desk you want in your message and the counter will quote the work on that basis. The six desks are listed on the services page.
Send the consignment note number, the sailing date and the vessel name, together with a short description of what was found on arrival and any photographs you have. The claim review desk will compare the note, the hold plan and the tally sheet, then reply with the findings and the documents that were used.
